About the Area
The McAllen Nature Center is a 33 acre nature site dedicated to the exploration of the outdoors. Formerly known as McAllen Botanical Gardens, the McAllen Nature Center is host to a variety of plant and animal species; as well as 3/4 mile of ADA accessible trails through the thorn forest.
